Refunds and cancellation

Power User is currently $9 per month, billed monthly, and increases the monthly AI usage allowance. Local file search is available on every plan. Taxes may apply. The checkout page shows the price, renewal, included features, and applicable taxes before you confirm the subscription. The terms and price shown there apply to your purchase.

You can cancel renewal from Billing in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and Power User access continues through that date. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund a charge already made. Any right to cancel immediately or receive a refund that applies under your local law remains available.

For a mistaken or duplicate charge, or to ask whether a refund applies, use the public contact form and include the charge date and amount. Do not send card numbers. We review requests under the offer terms and applicable law. This page does not waive statutory withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights.

Stripe processes payment details and may provide a hosted billing portal for payment-method management. You may contact us about billing at any time. If you choose to contact your bank or payment provider, that process is governed by their rules and applicable law.
